The title of the masters thesis: “The Impact of International Human Resources Management On Supply Chain Management”. The aim of the study is to investigate the impact of the human resources management on supply chain management. The study was carried out on the basis of “Sonatrach” company. Research subject: the impact of the human resources management on supply chain management. Research methods: analysis of data published by Sonatrach company. The main results of the study: – understanding the theoretical aspects for the Impact of IHRM on Supply chain Management; – understanding the characteristics of the impact of IHRM on Supply Chain management with the example of Sonatrach; – recommendations for the improvement of the logistics department performance by the contribution of HRM using Technology. Application field: recommendations that could be used in the supply chain management to improve the performance and avoid work accident. The scientific novelty of the study is recommendation for new learning method that could be used in Sonatrach company especially for the logistics employees. Information technologies such as excel, and internet research were used while working on the graduate qualification work. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
