Актуальность темы исследования заключается в том, что организация закупочной деятельности является сложным и многогранным процессом, требующим глубокого анализа и оптимизации. Несмотря на существующие теоретические и практические разработки в данной области, проблемы и недостатки в организации закупок все еще присутствуют и могут существенно влиять на эффективность деятельности предприятия. В настоящей работе проводится исследование совершенствования организации закупочной деятельности предприятия с целью повышения его конкурентоспособности и эффективности. Основная гипотеза исследования заключается в том, что оптимизация процесса закупок позволит сократить затраты, улучшить качество товаров и услуг, а также снизить риск возникновения проблем и несоответствий. Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: 1. Изучить существующую теорию и практику организации закупочной деятельности предприятия. 2. Анализировать проблемы, недостатки и факторы, влияющие на эффективность закупочного процесса. 3. Разработать методику совершенствования организации закупочной деятельности на основе анализа и оптимизации существующих процессов. 4. Проверить гипотезу исследования на практике и оценить полученные результаты.

The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that the organization of procurement activities is a complex and multifaceted process that requires in-depth analysis and optimization. Despite the existing theoretical and practical developments in this area, problems and shortcomings in the organization of procurement are still present and can significantly affect the efficiency of the enterprise. In this paper, a study is carried out to improve the organization of procurement activities of an enterprise in order to increase its competitiveness and efficiency. The main hypothesis of the study is that optimizing the procurement process will reduce costs, improve the quality of goods and services, and reduce the risk of problems and inconsistencies. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. To study the existing theory and practice of the organization of procurement activities of the enterprise. 2. Analyze the problems, shortcomings and factors affecting the effectiveness of the procurement process. 3. To develop a methodology for improving the organization of procurement activities based on the analysis and optimization of existing processes. 4. Test the hypothesis of the study in practice and evaluate the results obtained.
