Данная работа посвящена исследованию организации доступной среды в России и разработке проекта на гостиничном предприятии для людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение теоретических основ и понятия доступной среды. 2. Анализ нормативно-правовой базы. 3. Исследование положения организации обслуживания лиц с ограниченными физическими возможностями в России. 4. Анализ предприятия АО ТГК «ИЗМАЙЛОВО», определение текущего уровня обслуживания на предприятии и анализ конкурентных предприятий. 5. Разработка проекта по организации обслуживания лиц с ограниченными физическими возможностями на гостиничном предприятии. 6. Оценка затрат и эффективности разработанного проекта. Работа была произведена на основе предприятия АО ТГК «ИЗМАЙЛОВО» - гостиница Дельта Измайлово 4*. В ходе работы были рассмотрены услуги, которые реализует предприятие, миссия и цели, организационная структура, ресурсный потенциал, структура персонала, конкуренты, поставщики, потребители, внешняя среда посредством PEST-анализа. Также была проведена оценка доступности гостиницы и её номерного фонда с помощью сравнения с требованиями нормативных и технических документов. В результате работы был разработан проект по техническому обустройству отеля для комфортного размещения лиц с ограниченными физическими возможностями. При сборе данных, необходимых для выполнения работы, были использованы поисковые системы Google, Яндекс, Научная электронная библиотека eLIBRARY.RU, электронная библиотека СПбПУ. При обработке данных использовались программы Microsoft.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Development of a project for the organization of services for people with disabilities in a hotel.” This work is devoted to the study of the organization of an accessible environment in Russia and the development of a project at a hotel enterprise for people with disabilities. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. The study of the theoretical foundations and the concept of an accessible environment. 2. Analysis of the regulatory framework. 3. Research on the situation of the organization of services for people with disabilities in Russia. 4. Analysis of the enterprise of JSC TGC IZMAILOVO, determination of the current level of service at the enterprise and analysis of competitive enterprises. 5. Development of a project for the organization of services for people with disabilities at a hotel enterprise. 6. Assessment of the costs and effectiveness of the developed project. The work was carried out on the basis of the enterprise JSC TGC IZMAILOVO - the Delta Izmailovo 4* hotel. In the course of the work, the services that the company implements, mission and goals, organizational structure, resource potential, personnel structure, competitors, suppliers, consumers, the external environment through PEST analysis were considered. An assessment of the availability of the hotel and its room stock was also carried out by comparing it with the requirements of regulatory and technical documents. As a result of the work, a project was developed for the technical arrangement of the hotel for comfortable accommodation of people with disabilities. When collecting the data necessary to do the work were used search engines Google, Yandex, Scientific electronic library eLIBRARY.RU, SPbPU electronic library. Microsoft programs were used for data processing.
