Целью работы является обоснованное внедрение в практику работы проектного коллектива методологии управления проектами, описание хода внедрения методологии и оценка результатов её внедрения. Основные задачи, решенные в работе: 1) Обзор наиболее известных и широко применяемых в современной практике управления ИТ-проектами методологий и их сравнительный анализ. 2) Изучение возможностей ряда методологий управления проектами и методов принятия решений, основанных на экспертных оценках. 3) Исследование особенностей конкретного коллектива разработчиков ПО и обоснование выбора методологии для её внедрения в практику управления коллективом. Определение и реализация шагов по внедрению выбранной методологии. 4) Применение метода организации сложных экспертиз и методики KPI для определения потребности проекта в ресурсах и оценки результатов внедрения выбранной методологии. 5) Разработка рекомендаций по результатам внедрения методологии. Работа выполнялась на базе информационно-технического отдела строительной организации, основные задачи которого – совершенствование и поддержка внутреннего программного продукта, который используют в своей работе все подразделения данной организации. Результаты работы имеют обладают практической значимостью для организации.

The purpose of the work is the reasonable implementation of the project management methodology into the practice of the project team, a description of the implementation of the methodology and an assessment of the results. The main tasks solved in the work: 1)  An overview of the most well-known and widely used methodologies in modern IT project management practice and their comparative analysis. 2) Exploring the possibilities of a number of project management methodologies and decision-making methods based on expert assessments. 3)  The study of the characteristics of a specific team of software developers and the justification of the choice of methodology for its implementation in the practice of team management. Identification and implementation of steps to implement the selected methodology. 4)  The application of the method of organizing complex examinations and the KPI methodology to determine the projects resource needs and evaluate the results of the implementation of the chosen methodology. 5) Development of recommendations based on the results of the implementation of the methodology. The work was carried out on the basis of the information technology department of the construction organization, whose main tasks are to improve and support the internal software product used by all the departments of this organization. The results of the work have practical significance for the organization.
