Целью исследования является обоснование необходимости внедрения корпоративного портала в деятельности консалтинговой ИТ-компании и инструмента его реализации. Исследование выполнялось на базе компании объекта-исследования. Предмет ВКР концептуальная структура корпоративного портала и инструменты реализации. Методы исследования: Применялись методы сбора и анализа данных, теоретического исследования, разработки моделей и диаграмм, анализа эффекта. Основные результаты исследования: - разработана концептуальная структура корпоративного портала; - обоснованы инструменты для реализации корпоративного портала; - доказан положительный эффект от внедрения корпоративного портала в деятельность консалтинговой ИТ-компании. Областью применения результатов ВКР является деятельность в области оптимизации бизнес-процессов с помощью интеллектуальных технологий. Научной новизной является разработка модели корпоративного портала, учитывающей специфические требования конкретной организации. Обоснованы перспективы дальнейшего развития предмета исследования. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the research is to justify the need to integrate an enterprise portal in the work of consulting IT-company and the tool for its implementation. The research was carried out on the basis of the company of the object of the study. The subject of the thesis are conceptual structure of the enterprise portal and implementation tools. Research methods: Methods of data collection and analysis, theoretical research, development of models and diagrams, effect analysis were used. The main results of the study: - the conceptual structure of the enterprise portal was developed; - tools for the implementation of the enterprise portal are substantiated; - the positive effect of implementing an enterprise portal in the activities of an IT consulting company was proved. The field of application of results is the field of optimisation of business processes with the help of information technologies. The scientific novelty is the development of the enterprise portal model that considers the specific requirements of a particular company. Prospects for further development of the subject of research are substantiated. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
