Целью работы является разработка методических положений по формированию системы управления устойчивым развитием IT-компаний атомной отрасли и анализ эффективности внедрения предложенной системы. Были решены следующие задачи: 1) выполнить анализ теоретических основ концепции устойчивого развития предприятия; 2) выполнить анализ атомной отрасли и ИТ-отрасли; 3) выявить проблемы и перспективы развития ИТ-компаний в атомной отрасли; 4) разработать методические положения для формирования системы контрольных показателей для управления устойчивым развитием ИТ-компании атомной отрасли; 5) разработать проект внедрения системы контрольных показателей ИТ-компании атомной отрасли и выполнить оценку его эффективности; 6) дать рекомендации по масштабированию разработанной системы среди других участников рынка. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью обеспечения компаний эффективным инструментом для оценки уровня устойчивого развития, что позволит укрепить свое положение за счет своевременного принятия необходимых мер, предупреждающих негативные сценарии развития. Работа выполнена на базе открытых источников информации: данных отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Предложены методические положения для формирования системы контрольных показателей для управления устойчивым развитием ИТ-компании атомной отрасли. Область применения результатов: атомная отрасль, ИТ-компании, высокотехнологичные компании, стремящиеся к устойчивому развитию.

The purpose of the work is to develop methodological guidelines for the formation of a management system for the sustainable development of IT companies in the nuclear industry and to analyze the effectiveness of the proposed system implementation. The following tasks were solved: 1) perform an analysis of the theoretical foundations of the concept of sustainable development of the enterprise; 2) perform an analysis of the nuclear industry and the IT industry; 3) to identify the problems and development prospects of IT companies in the nuclear industry; 4) to develop methodological guidelines for the formation of a system of benchmarks for managing the sustainable development of an IT company in the nuclear industry; 5) develop a project for the implementation of a system of benchmarks for an IT company in the nuclear industry and evaluate its effectiveness; 6) provide recommendations on scaling the developed system among other market participants. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to provide companies with an effective tool for assessing the level of sustainable development, which will strengthen their position by timely taking the necessary measures to prevent negative development scenarios. The work is based on open sources of information: data from domestic and foreign scientific research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. Methodological provisions are proposed for the formation of a system of benchmarks for managing the sustainable development of an IT company in the nuclear industry. The field of application of the results: nuclear industry, IT companies, high-tech companies striving for sustainable development.
