Целью исследования явилась адаптация процессной модели и документации PRINCE2 для применения во внедрении программных продуктов 1С. Исследование выполнялось на базе проектного офиса одной из крупнейших компаний-интеграторов программных продуктов 1С. Предмет ВКР - процессная модель проектного управления проектного офиса компании-партнера 1С. Методы исследования: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, сопоставление и моделирование элементов процессной модели, а также интервьюирование. Основные результаты исследования: - осуществлён анализ текущей архитектуры проектного управления компании; - исследованы основные элементы проектной методологии PRINCE2 в контексте процессов и документации; - проведено покомпонентное сопоставление элементов архитектуры компании с элементами процессной модели PRINCE2; - составлена целевая архитектура проектного управления компании на основе методологии PRINCE2; - проведен анализ рынка российских компаний для определения потенциальной полезности разработанной процессной модели; - описан процесс внедрения разработанной процессной модели в проектную архитектуру офиса. Область применения результатов ВКР является проектная архитектура офиса компании-партнера 1С и может быть масштабирована в рамках внедрения в других офисах. Научной новизной исследования является учет специфики работы офисов, занимающихся внедрением 1С, при построении процессной модели управления проектом. Обоснованы перспективы компании в случае внедрения разработанной модели. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего развития исследования. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны.

The purpose of the research is adaptation of the PRINCE2 process model and documentation for use in the implementation of 1C software products. The study was carried out on the basis of the project office of one of the largest companies integrating 1C software products. The subject of the thesis is project management process model of the project office of a company partnered with 1C. Research methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, comparison and modeling of elements of the process model, as well as interviewing. The main results of the study: - carried out an analysis of the current architecture of the companys project management; - studied the main elements of the PRINCE2 project methodology in context of processes and documentation; - carried out a component-by-component comparison of the companys architecture elements with the elements of the PRINCE2 process model; - compiled a target architecture of the companys project management based on PRINCE2 methodology; - analyzed market of Russian companies to determine the potential usefulness of the developed process model; - described the process of implementing the developed process model into the offices project architecture. Scope of results is the project architecture of the office of a 1C partner company and can be scaled as part of implementation in other offices. The scientific novelty of research considers the specifics of the work of offices involved in the implementation of 1C when building a process model for project management. The companys prospects in the event of the implementation of the developed model are substantiated. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. Prospects and directions for further development of the study are grounded. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty.
