Цель исследования — на основе результатов расчетов модели в сочетании с весами, рассчитанными по индексу технологий и индексу цифровизации, выдвигаются целевые предложения по предоставлению инвестиционных рекомендаций для инвесторов и политических указа ний для политиков. В исследовании поставлены следующие задачи: － Проанализировать текущую ситуацию теорий и литературы. － Оценить переменные, такие как текущая ситуация макроэкономики, науки и технологий, цифровизации и связанной с ними политики стран БРИКС. － Определить создание модели влияния технологий и цифровизации на ПИИ. － Выдвинуть соответствующие предложения по привлечению ПИИ для стран БРИКС и предоставить инвесторам больше инвестиционных идей. Методы исследования: Использовались общенаучные методы исследования: контент - анализ и сравнительный анализ, а также специальные методы исследования, в частности статистический анализ данных, регрессионный анализ и т. д. В качестве инструмента анализа испол ьзовалась « Stata ». Основные результаты выпускной квалификационной работы: － Цифровые технологии являются основным условием привлечения иностранных инвестиций. － Существуют очевидные различия между странами БРИКС. Научная новизна данного исследования заключается в создании комплексных показателей технологий и цифровизации для изучения их влияния на ПИИ.

The aim of the research is based on the calculation results of the model, combined with the weights calculated by the technology index and the digitalization index, targeted suggestions are put forward to provide investment advice for investors and policy directions for policymakers.The research set the following tasks: － Analyze the current situation of theories and literature. － Evaluate the variables such as the current situation of macroeconomics, science and technology, digitalization and related policies of the BRICS countries. － Determine the establishment of a model for the impact of technology and digitalization on FDI. － Put forward corresponding suggestions for attracting FDI for the BRICS countries and provide investors with more investment ideas. Research Methods: General scientific research methods were used: content analysis and comparative analysis as well as specific research methods, especially statistical data analysis, regression analysis, etc. "Stata" was used as an analysis tool. The main results of the graduate qualification work: － Digital technology is the main condition for attracting foreign investment. － There are obvious differences among the BRICS countries. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the creation of comprehensive indicators of technology and digitalization to study their impact on FDI.
