В контексте ускоряющейся глобальной экономической интеграции открытие счета операций с капиталом стало для Китая ключевым фактором интеграции в мировую экономическую систему и повышения его международной конкурентоспособности. В данной статье проводится углубленное исследование по открытию счета движения капитала в Китае, разъясняется определение и значение открытия счета движения капитала, знакомятся с международной финансовой теорией, теорией финансовых рисков и теорией качественного экономического развития, а также предоставляется теоретическая поддержка для анализа в следующей статье. Впоследствии была рассмотрена текущая ситуация с открытием счета движения капитала в Китае, а также был рассмотрен процесс его открытия от начальной стадии к постепенному продвижению, а затем к ускоренному открытию. Однако открытие счета операций с капиталом также сопряжено со многими проблемами и потенциальными финансовыми рисками, такими как воздействие на финансовую стабильность, усложнение регулирования денежно-кредитной политики и повышение требований к финансовому регулированию.

In the context of accelerating global economic integration, the opening of the capital account has become the key for China to integrate into the world economic system and enhance its international competitiveness. This paper conducts in-depth research on Chinas capital account opening, clarifies the definition and connotation of capital account opening, introduces the international financial theory, financial risk theory and high-quality economic development theory, and provides theoretical support for the analysis in the following article. Subsequently, the current situation of Chinas capital account opening was reviewed, and its process from the initial stage to the gradual promotion, and then to the accelerated opening was reviewed. However, the opening of capital account also faces many problems and potential financial risks, such as impact on financial stability, increased difficulty of monetary policy regulation and higher requirements for financial regulation; the coordination of opening strategy and order, and the opening of sub-accounts needs to be optimized in time and space arrangement; the laws and regulations and supervision system are not perfect, the existing regulations have limitations, and the supervision system is insufficient. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, including establishing the principle of steady opening, improving the strategy and order of opening, strengthening the financial risk prevention and control mechanism, and improving the laws, regulations and regulatory system, so as to promote the steady progress of Chinas capital account opening and help the high-quality economic development.
