The aim of the research is to develop and test in practice a methodology to enhancing financial Students phraseological competence using Digital Learning Tools. The research set the following goals: 1) to define foreign language professional communication as a methodological category; 2) to consider financial discourse as an institutional category; 3) to investigate the phraseological layer of English language financial discourse; 4) to consider digital learning tools as a technique of phraseological competence acquisition for students majoring in finance; 5) to develop the content of phraseological acquisition for students majoring in finance using digital learning tools; 6) to carry out the selection of linguistic material for phraseological acquisition for students majoring in finance using digital learning tools; 7) to create a set of activities and tasks for phraseological acquisition for students majoring in finance using digital learning tools; 8) to experimentally validate the technology of phraseological acquisition for students majoring in finance using digital learning tools.
