Целью работы является разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом. В рамках проведенного исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучить теоретические основы системы управления персоналом организации. 2. Охарактеризовать методологические основы системы управления персоналом. 3. На основе комплексного анализа деятельности ООО «Крокус Фитнес» и системы управления персоналом, выявить проблемы системы. 4. Разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом рассматриваемой организации и оценить их эффективность. Актуальность темы обусловлена неразрывной связью системы управления персоналом с достижением стратегических целей. В современном мире успех организаций зависит не только от материальных ресурсов, но и от человеческого капитала. В условиях конкурентной среды, быстрого изменения технологий и увеличения потребности в квалифицированных специалистах, эффективное управление персоналом становится одной из ключевых задач для организаций. Особенно актуально это в сфере фитнес-индустрии, где от высокого уровня профессионализма и мотивации сотрудников зависит качество предоставляемых услуг и, соответственно, финансовые результаты. Источниками информации послужили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов. Объект исследования – ООО «Крокус Фитнес», осуществляющая физкультурно-оздоровительную деятельность на территории России. Предмет исследования – система управления персоналом ООО «Крокус Фитнес».

The relevance of the topic is due to the inextricable connection of the personnel management system with the achievement of strategic goals. In the modern world, the success of organizations depends not only on material resources, but also on human capital. In a competitive environment, rapid technological change and an increase in the need for qualified specialists, effective personnel management is becoming one of the key tasks for organizations. This is especially relevant in the fitness industry, where the quality of services provided and, accordingly, financial results depend on the high level of professionalism and motivation of employees. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources. The object of the study is Crocus Fitness LLC, which carries out physical culture and health activities in Russia. The subject of the study is the personnel management system of Crocus Fitness LLC. Measures are proposed to improve management in the fitness industry in terms of personnel, an assessment of their effectiveness, as well as probable risks, is carried out.
