Аннотация

This course will provide guidance on nuclear or radiological emergency response organization and concept of operations, initial tasks to be performed by the lead emergency response commander, response team structure, protection of responders, monitoring and decontamination of public and responders, monitoring and decontamination of vehicles and equipment. It will further go into tasks of specific responders/ teams such as law enforcement team, fire brigade, emergency medical service, etc. The Tutorial consists from 4 parts and describes in details Basic Concepts, Use of Action Guides, Response tasks and Response Documents to be Created in the Preparedness Phase. The Tutorial assigned for pedagogues’ and students involved in Master’s Program “Emergency Preparedness and Response”.
