Значимость темы ВКР обусловлена необходимостью правильного и рационального распределения ресурсов, которые определяют территориальное размещение отрасли и направления развития социально-экономической системы. Объект ВКР – инновационное развитие отраслей биоэкономики Ленинградской области. Предмет исследования – региональная среда в ходе управления инновационным развитием отраслей биоэкономики. Цель исследования заключается в предложении организационно-экономического механизма управления инновационным развитием отраслей биоэкономики на основе анализа ресурсного потенциала Ленинградской области. В выпускной квалификационной работе стоят задачи, связанные с изучением научных аспектов управления инновационным развитием отраслей биоэкономики, рассмотрением понятия, принципов и современных тенденций биоэкономики. В ходе работы были определены методические аспекты мониторинга ресурсного потенциала развития биоэкономики региона. Также был определены показатели возможного потенциала Ленинградской области, как показателя инновационного развития отраслей биоэкономики. Анализ и обработка данных используемых при написании диссертационного исследования осуществлялась с использованием пакета MS Office (Excel). На основе полученных данных были предложены мероприятия по совершенствованию механизма управления инновационным развитием отраслей биоэкономики Ленинградской области.

The significance of the WRC theme is due to the need for a correct and rational distribution of resources that determine the territorial distribution of the industry and the direction of development of the socio-economic system. According to many scientists, it is the bioeconomy that can become a salvation and a way out for modern society, the transition to a new economic system will help solve a number of existing problems. The object of the WRC is the innovative development of the bioeconomy sectors of the Leningrad Region. The subject of the study is the regional environment in the course of managing the innovative development of bioeconomy sectors. The purpose of the study is to propose an organizational and economic mechanism for managing the innovative development of bioeconomy sectors based on an analysis of the resource potential of the Leningrad Region. In the final qualifying work, there are tasks related to the study of scientific aspects of managing the innovative development of bioeconomy branches, consideration of the concept, principles and modern trends of bioeconomy. In the course of the work, methodological aspects of monitoring the resource potential of the development of the bioeconomy of the region were identified. Also, indicators of the possible potential of the Leningrad Region were identified as an indicator of the innovative development of bioeconomy sectors. The analysis and processing of the data used in writing the dissertation research was carried out using the MS Office package (Excel). Based on the data obtained, measures were proposed to improve the mechanism for managing the innovative development of the bioeconomy sectors of the Leningrad Region.
