Объект исследования – отдел судебных экономических экспертиз экспертно-криминалистический центр Управления Министерства внутренних дел России по Курганской области. Основной  целью  выпускной  квалификационной  работы  является исследование значимости судебных экономических экспертиз в расследовании преступлений экономической направленности, на примере отдела экономических экспертиз ЭКЦ УМВД России по Курганской области. Были решены следующие задачи: 1) рассмотреть становление судебной экономической экспертизы в Российской Федерации и ее нормативно-правовое регулирование; 2) исследовать статистические данные об экономических преступлениях; 3) рассмотреть показатели, характеризующие деятельность отдела экономических экспертиз ЭКЦ УМВД России по Курганской области; 4) оценить эффективность работы отдела ЭКЦ УМВД России по Курганской области и правоохранительных органов по пресечению экономических правонарушений; 5) разработать предложения по улучшению деятельности экспертов в отделе экономических экспертиз ЭКЦ УМВД России по Курганской области. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью улучшения качества работы экспертов по производству судебных экономических экспертиз для повышения уровня раскрываемости и предупреждения экономических преступлений. Источниками информации выступили нормативно-правовые акты РФ, экономическая литература, научные публикации и ресурсы сети Интернет. Обработка данных и расчеты проводились с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel). Предложен ряд рекомендаций для улучшения качества производства экспертиз и улучшения эффективности отдела.

The object of the study is the Department of Forensic Economic Expertise, the Forensic Expertise Center of the Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kurgan Region. The main goal of the final qualifying work is to study the importance of forensic economic examinations in the investigation of crimes of an economic nature, using the example of the economic examination department of the ECC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kurgan region. The following tasks were solved: 1) consider the development of forensic economic examination in the Russian Federation and its legal regulation; 2) research statistical data on economic crimes; 3) consider the indicators characterizing the activities of the economic examination department of the ECC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kurgan region; 4) evaluate the effectiveness of the ECC department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kurgan region and law enforcement agencies in suppressing economic offenses; 5) develop proposals for improving the activities of experts in the economic examination department of the ECC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kurgan region. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve the quality of work of experts in the production of forensic economic examinations to increase the level of detection and prevention of economic crimes. The sources of information were regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, economic literature, scientific publications and Internet resources. Data processing and calculations were carried out using the MS Office package (Excel). A number of recommendations are proposed to improve the quality of examinations and improve the efficiency of the department.
