Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Анализ конкуренции на рынке ФинТех-услуг в России». Объектом исследования является рынок ФинТех-компаний в России. Целью работы бакалавра является оценка уровня конкуренции на рынке ФинТех-услуг в России с использованием структурного и неструктурного подходов. В первом разделе работы раскрыто понятие конкуренции и её основных элементов, описан рынок ФинТех-услуг и определены основные тенденции его развития, представлены правовые аспекты регулирования рынка финансовых технологий в России и методы оценки конкуренции на рынке. Второй раздел посвящён анализу состояния отрасли ФинТех-услуг в России в целом и по направлениям деятельности. В результате был обоснован выбор входящих в исследование компаний, представлен рейтинг крупнейших ФинТех-компаний в России. В третьем разделе с помощью структурного и неструктурного подходов проанализирован рынок ФинТех-услуг в России. На основании проведенного анализа сделан вывод о высокой монополизации отрасли, определены входные барьеры и рекомендации по их устранению.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “The analysis of competition in the FinTech services market in Russia”. The object of research is the market of FinTech companies in Russia. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to assess the level of competition in the FinTech services market in Russia using structural and non-structural approaches. The first section of the work reveals the concept of competition and its main elements, describes the FinTech services market and identifies the main trends in its development, presents the legal aspects of regulating the financial technology market in Russia and methods for assessing competition. The second section is devoted to the analysis of the state of the FinTech services industry in Russia as a whole and by lines of business. As a result, the choice of the companies included in the study was substantiated, and the rating of the largest FinTech companies in Russia was presented. In the third section, using the structural and non-structural approaches, the FinTech services market in Russia is analyzed. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the industry is highly monopolized, entry barriers and recommendations for their elimination are identified.
