A brief review of renovation of residential buildings in Latvia, as well as an overview of the real energy consumption and the definition of technical conditions for buildings. Justified thermal characteristics of the enclosing structures of buildings and the detailed comparison of heat transfer coefficients in not renovated buildings and their comparison with normative values. Show the energy consumption of the existing apartment buildings and the energy consumption of the buildings before and after modernization. The estimation air quality in these areas.

Рассмотрен вопрос реновации жилых зданий в Латвии, а также представлен обзор реального потребления энергии и определение технических условий для зданий. Обоснованы тепловые характеристики ограждающих конструкций зданий и дано подробное сравнение коэффициентов теплоотдачи в не отреставрированных зданиях и сравнение их с нормативными значениями. Показано энергопотребление существующих многоквартирных домов и потребление энергии зданиями до и после модернизации. Дана оценка качества воздуха в этих помещениях.
