Annotation
The use of space-time modeling for technical normalization of working processes as a real way to reduce the complexity of this work without loss of accuracy and reliability of the results is considered. In the proposed method, the algorithm for calculating norms by analytical method in MS Excel is synchronized with the visualization of workflows in the Cinema 4D environment. The order of visualization of technical regulation is considered on the example of technological process on installation of reinforced concrete slabs of five-storeyed brick house. A characteristic feature of the technology is constantly changing parameters of production operations. In the process of animation, the adjustment of the calculated norms of time to ensure safety at the front of work was carried out.
Рассмотрено использование пространственно-временного моделирования для технического нормирования рабочих процессов как реальный путь к снижению трудоемкости этой работы без потерь в точности и достоверности результатов. В предлагаемой методике алгоритм расчета норм аналитическим методом в MS Excel синхронизирован с визуализацией рабочих процессов в среде Cinema 4D. Порядок визуализации технического нормирования рассмотрен на примере технологического процесса на монтаж железобетонных плит перекрытия пятиэтажного кирпичного жилого дома. Характерная особенность технологии – постоянно меняющиеся параметры производственных операций. В процессе анимации выполнялась корректировка расчетных норм времени для обеспечения безопасности на фронте работ.
