Цель дипломной работы состоит в исследовании формирования и использования прибыли торгового предприятия. В процессе выполнения дипломной работы рассмотрена экономическую сущность прибыли, механизм ее формирования в торговле в современных условиях, методика анализа и планирования прибыли на предприятии торговли, приведена организационно-экономическую характеристика исследуемого предприятия ООО «АРС», произведен анализ и планирование прибыли, оценены пропорции распределения и использования чистой прибыли на исследуемом предприятии.

The aim of the graduate work is to study the formation and use of profits of commercial enterprise. During execution of the graduate work examined the economic substance of profits, the mechanism of its formation in the trade in modern conditions, methods of analysis and planning of profit on trading company, shows the organizational and economic characteristics of the investigated company OOO "ARS", the analysis and planning of profit, evaluated the distribution and use of proportion of net profit for the investigated company.
