В работе исследуются проблемы, связанные с правовым статусом коммерческой организации с иностранными инвестициями, рассматриваются особенности разрешения инвестиционных споров в сфере защиты прав и законных интересов организаций с иностранными инвестициями, а также проблемы и развитие законодательства о статусе коммерческой организации с иностранными инвестициями. В судебной практике рассматриваются особенности разрешения дел в сфере иностранного инвестирования, по коммерческим организациям с иностранными инвестициями в Российской Федерации и в иностранных государствах.
