В данной выпускной дипломной работе рассматривается понятие системы Организации Объединённых Наций её устав и значение. В работе исследуются роль Организации Объединённых Наций в создании и поддержании международной безопасности, влияние Организации Объединённых Наций на механизм защиты прав человека и социально-экономическое развитие стран, а также новые аспекты деятельности Организации Объединённых Наций. Значимость темы исследования обусловлена тем, что приоритетными направлениями деятельности ООН были и остаются наиболее глобальные ценности человечества: обеспечение и поддержание международного мира и безопасности, разработка и реализация эффективных механизмов стабильного развития человечества и укрепления международного сотрудничества. Цель исследования - изучить деятельность и роль ООН в современной системе международного права. Объект исследования - общественные отношения в сфере деятельности ООН. Предмет исследования - деятельность и роль ООН в современной системе международного права.

In this graduation thesis discusses the concept of system of the United Nations and its Charter value. This paper investigates the role of the United Nations in the establishment and maintenance of international security, the influence of the United Nations mechanism to protect human rights and socio-economic development of countries, as well as new aspects of the work of the United Nations. The significance of the research topic due to the fact that the priorities of the UN were and remain the most global values of humanity: the provision and maintenance of international peace and security, development and implementation of effective mechanisms of sustainable human development, and strengthening international cooperation. The aim of the study was to examine the activity and role of the UN in modern international law. The object of research is social relations in the sphere of activities of the United Nations. Subject of research - the activities and role of the UN in modern international law.
