В данной выпускной квалификационной работе рассматривается концепция деятельности прокуратуры при осуществлении надзора за исполнением законов органами, осуществляющими дознание и предварительное следствие. Осуществляется сущность, предмет и задачи надзора. Рассматриваются полномочия прокурора при осуществлении данного надзора и акты прокурорского реагирования. Освещаются особенности прокурорского надзора за законностью на основных стадиях досудебного производства. Рассматриваются проблемы правоотношений между прокуратурой и поднадзорными органами, возникающие в связи с осуществлением надзора.

In this final qualification work the concept of activities of prosecutor's office in case of implementation of supervision of performance of laws by the bodies performing inquiry and pretrial investigation is considered. The essence, a subject and tasks of supervision is determined. Powers of the prosecutor are considered, in case of implementation of this supervision and acts of public prosecutor's reaction. Features of public prosecutor's supervision of legality at the main stages of pre-judicial production are lit. The problems of legal relationship between prosecutor's office and persons under surveillance bodies arising in connection with supervision implementation are considered.
