Целью работы является повышение эффективности использования ресурсного потенциала торгового предприятия. Объектом исследования выступает торговое предприятие ООО «Русь». В ходе исследования были рассмотрены теоретические основы оценки ресурсного потенциала, дана организационно-экономическая характеристика ООО «Русь», проведен анализ трудовых, материальных и финансовых ресурсов предприятия, рассмотрены пути повышения эффективности их использования, а также оценены затраты на их внедрение.

The aim of the work is to improve the efficiency of using of the resource potential of a trading organization. The object of the research is commercial enterprise "Rus". In the study, the following problems were solved: a theoretical analysis of a variety of sources on a given topic; given the organizational and economic characteristics of "Rus"; The analysis of the workforces, material and financial resources; proposed and developed measures to improve the use of the resource potential; calculated the costs of implementing the proposed activities and planning of incomes.
