Объектом исследования является система управления охраной труда в вертикально-интегрированной компании. Цель работы - разработка подхода к оценке эффективности функционирования системы управления охраной труда в вертикально-интегрированных компаниях. В процессе работы была рассмотрена структура вертикально-интегрированной компании, её элементы и особенности управления. Были проанализированы современные подходы к организации охраны труда и определены существующие проблемы в вертикально-интегрированных компаниях. В результате работы был выбран оптимальный подход к процедуре оценки профессионального риска. Определены опасности, которые могут встречаться на различных стадиях технологического процесса, и разработаны меры по их снижению. Определение опасностей во всех дочерних обществах и консолидация их в один реестр рисков Компании с выделением наиболее значимых опасностей, приводит к объективному и эффективному распределению ресурсов и средств Компании на снижение проблем в области охраны труда.

Object of research in bachelor work is the occupational safety and health management system in a vertically integrated company. Hazard identification at all subsidiaries and consolidating them into a single risk register of the Company with the release of the most significant hazards, resulting in an objective and efficient allocation of resources and funds of the Company to reduce the problems in the field of occupational safety and health.
