Приведены цели, задачи и результаты исследования качества плодов грейпфрутов и лимонов по органолептическим и физико-химическим показателям качества. Рассмотрена экономико-организационная характеристика розничного торгового предприятия «Первая премия» и оценена эффективность реализации плодоовощной продукции на предприятии.
