В дипломной работе проводится исследование мотивов, толкнувших студентов на обменный семестр, изучается уровень удовлетворенности полученным опытом по различным аспектам и проводится анализ эффективности ознакомительных мероприятий, проводимых университетом для знакомства студентов из разных стран и культур. Проведено интервью с преподавателями по особенностям преподавания в межкультурных классах. В заключении представлены мероприятия по интеграции студентов в новую культуру.

In bachelor work “Multicultural diversity management in students' groups: the foreign universities' experience” research of the motives which have had influence on students' decision to participate in an exchange semester is conducted, the level of satisfaction with the received experience in various aspects of life is studied and the analysis of efficiency of the welcoming events held by university to ease the process of acquaintance of students from different countries and cultures is carried out. Interview with teachers of distinctions of teaching in cross-cultural classes is conducted. Proposed activities for students' integration into the new culture are provided in the conclusion.
