Тема данной дипломной работы - «Проект планировки и организации квартала малоэтажной застройки» - в рамках которой рассмотрена организация поселка с расчетной численностью населения 208 человек. Задача состоит в проектировании наиболее оптимального варианта улично-дорожной сети, рекреационных зон и сооружений индивидуального и административно-бытового назначения в соответствии с техническим заданием. Исходя из поставленной задачи, в дипломной работе разработаны схемы планировок как отдельных сегментов участка, так и всего целиком.

The topic of this diploma work - " Project of planning and organization of low-rise buildings quarter in the Novy Urengoy Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug " - in which considered the organization of the village, with an estimated population of 208 people. The target is to design the most optimal variant of the road network, recreational areas and facilities of individual administrative and domestic purposes in accordance with the terms of reference. Basing on the issue, in the research paper developed scheme of planning as a separate section of the segments and in all its entirety.
