Дипломный проект включает в себя комплексное благоустройство и разработку проектного плана малоэтажного коттеджного поселка «Северное сияние», расположенного в Ленинградской области в г. Зеленогорск. Проект был разработан в соответствии с особенностями рельефа участка и климатическими условиями территории. В первой части дипломной работы представлены зонирование территории, схема построения улично-дорожной сети, планирование рекреационной зоны и организация рельефа спортивного сооружения, а также сделан особый упор на благоустройство участка ИЖС и административно-бытового центра со всеми необходимыми объектами. Основная часть проекта посвящена подготовке инженерных сетей на всей территории коттеджного поселка: устройство ливневой канализации, предназначенная для отвода поверхностных вод, скапливаемых на участках улично-дорожной сети, а также разработка дренажных систем для отвода грунтовых вод от участка ИЖС, рекреационной зоны, футбольного поля и административно-бытового центра. В проекте также представлен гидравлический расчет, на основе которого были подобраны необходимые диаметры коллекторных труб.

The degree project includes complex improvement and development of the design plan of the low cottage settlement "Severnoe siyanie" located in the Leningrad region to Zelenogorsk. The project was developed according to features of a relief of a site and climatic conditions of the territory. In the first part of the thesis zoning of the territory, the scheme of creation of a street road network, scheduling of a recreational zone and the organization of a relief of a sports construction are presented, and also special emphasis on improvement of personal field and the administrative and household center with all necessary objects is put. The main part of the project is devoted to preparation of engineering networks in all area of the cottage settlement: the device of the stormwater drainage system, intended for withdrawal of the surface water saved on sites of a street road network and also development of drainage systems for removal of ground waters from personal field, a recreational zone, a football field and the administrative and household center. Hydraulic calculation on the basis of which necessary diameters of collector pipes were picked up is also presented in the project.
