Цель дипломной работы - оценка уровня финансовой устойчивости организации и разработка методических рекомендаций для оценки и повышения параметров финансовой устойчивости на примере страховой компании. Предмет исследования - экономические и организационно-правовые отношения, возникающие у страховщика по поводу обеспечения финансовой устойчивости. Решенные задачи: раскрыты теоретические аспекты финансовой устойчивости организации, проанализированы существующие показатели и методы оценки финансовой устойчивости страховщика, разработана методика оценки финансовой устойчивости страховой компании. Проведён анализ платёжеспособности и ликвидности баланса страховщика. Применена методика по оптимизации затрат. Рассчитан экономический эффект от её внедрения.

Purpose - an assessment of organization's level of financial stability and development of methodical recommendations for an assessment and increasing of parameters of financial stability on the example of an insurance company. Object of research - economic, organizational and legal relations arising at the insurer concerning the ensuring of financial stability. Solved tasks: theoretical aspects of financial stability of the organization are disclosed, the existing indicators and methods of an assessment of financial stability of the insurer are analyzed, and the technique of an assessment of financial stability of insurance company is developed. The analysis of solvency and liquidity of balance of the insurer is carried out. The technique of a cost optimization is applied. Economic effect of its implementation is calculated.
