В магистерской диссертации выделены основные принципы и задачи гражданской обороны, рассмотрено законодательство и нормативные основы ГО. Проведено исследование в порядке разработки планов гражданской обороны для объектов экономики отнесенных к категориям по гражданской обороне. В ходе исследования был разработан основополагающий документ гражданской обороны «План гражданской обороны» для объекта экономики и предложены меры по предупреждению и ликвидации ЧС техногенного и природного характера, а так же предложены рекомендации по защите населения на объекте экономики.

The master's thesis highlights the main principles and objectives of civil defense, considered the legislation and regulatory framework of civil defense. A study in the order of development of civil defense plans for the economy of the objects assigned to categories on civil defense. The study was developed "Plan of Civil defense" founding document of civil defense for the object of the economy and the measures of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of technogenic and natural character, as well as recommendations on protection of the population on the subject of the economy.
