Объектом оценки является бизнес-центр ''Avantage'' расположенный по адресу: Белоостровская улица дом 17, корпус. 2 литер А. Цель работы - выполнить оценку объекта офисного назначения. На основании полученных сведений об объекте и окружения, выполнить анализ с целью нахождения наиболее эффективного варианта использования объекта оценки. В процессе написания бакалаврской работы проводился анализ рынка недвижимости офисного и торгового назначения, анализ окружающей среды, проводилось исследование нахождения наилучшего использования объекта недвижимости. В результате исследования была рассчитана стоимость доходным, затратным, сравнительным подходами.
