Методы таможенного контроля, и в целом государственного надзора на контрольно-пропускных пунктах в неполной мере соответствуют задачам обеспечения безопасности границ государства от ввоза некачественной и запрещённой продукции. Целью данной работы стало совершенствование мер таможенного контроля в отношении ввозимых на территорию ЕАЭС скоропортящихся грузов, рассмотренных на примере продукции животноводства. В данной работе были изучены и раскрыты понятия, сущность, формы таможенного контроля, проведен анализ проблем связанных с таможенным контролем скоропортящихся грузов животного происхождения, предложены меры по совершенствованию таможенного контроля в отношении ввозимой на территорию ЕАЭС продукции животноводства.

The methods of customs control, and overall state supervision at checkpoints imperfectly adequate security of the state borders from the import of low-quality products and banned. The aim of this work was the improvement of customs control measures against imported into the territory of the EAEU perishable goods considered by the example of the livestock products. In this work we were studied and disclosed the concept, the essence, the form of customs control, the analysis of issues related to customs control of perishable cargoes of animal origin, proposed measures to improve customs control in respect of imported into the territory of the EAEU livestock production.
