В бакалаврской работе работе проанализирован рынок автосервисов Санкт -Петербурга, рассмотрены технико - экономические и финансовые показатели предприятия, изучены теоретические аспекты оценки различными методами. В практической части произведена оценка стоимости тремя методами - затратным, доходным и сравнительным, и их средневзвешенное значение. В последней части работы оценена коммерческая эффективность проекта и проанализированы риски.

In the bachelor work work analyzed the market of car service of St. Petersburg, considered the technical - economic and financial indicators of the enterprise studied the theoretical aspects of the estimation by different methods. In the practical part of the assessed value by three methods - expenditure, income and comparative, and their average value. In the last part of the work evaluated commercial viability of the project and analyses the risks.
