В первой главе дана характеристика деятельности ООО «Актив-М». Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Дана оценка уровня конкурентной способности ООО «Актив-М». Сделан вывод, что для дальнейшего улучшения экономического состояния предприятия необходимо совершенствовать управление персоналом в ООО «Актив-М». Во второй главе подробно рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управления персоналом на предприятии, описаны методы и этапы процесса управления. Третья глава посвящена разработке мероприятий по совершенствованию управления персоналом в ООО «Актив-М». Итогом третьей главы стала оценка экономического эффекта. Результаты проведенных расчетов оценки экономических результатов мероприятий по совершенствованию управления персоналом в ООО «Актив-М» дают основание сделать вывод о целесообразности предложенных в дипломном проекте мероприятий.
