Дипломный проект посвящен изучению оперативно-производственному планированию на предприятии АО «Завод ЭЛЕКТРОПУЛЬТ». Проект состоит из введения, трех глав, списка литературы и приложения. Во введении обоснована актуальность темы, поставлена цель написания дипломного проекта, определены объект и предмет исследования. В первой главе описывается краткая история предприятия, организационная структура управления, общая характеристика деятельности и основных видов производимой продукции, анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия АО «Завод ЭЛЕКТРОПУЛЬТ». Во второй главе представлены теоретические основы оперативно-производственного планирования на предприятии. В третьей главе анализируются проблемы существующие с планированием на предприятии, предлагаются рекомендации по совершенствованию планирования, а так же показывается эффект после предполагаемого внедрения рекомендуемых изменений.

The diploma project is dedicated to the study of operational and production planning at the enterprise JSC "Plant ELECTROPULT". The project consists of an introduction, three chapters, bibliography and appendices.In the introduction the urgency of the theme, set a goal of writing a diploma project, identified the object and subject of study. The first chapter describes the brief history of the company, organizational structure, activities and general characteristics of the main types of products, the analysis of financial and economic activity of JSC "Plant ELECTROPULT". The second chapter presents the theoretical basis of operational and production planning at the enterprise. The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in planning at the enterprise, offers recommendations to improve the planning, as well as showing the effect of the alleged introduction of the recommended changes.
