В первой главе дана характеристика открытого акционерного общества "Выборгский Завод Строительных Материалов". Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Дана оценка финансовой устойчивости предприятия. Проведён анализ показателей рентабельности предприятия. Выявлено, что на предприятии имеется возможность для оптимизации затрат по нескольким направлениям деятельности для улучшения показателей рентабельности и повышения общей эффективности деятельности компании в условиях мирового экономического кризиса. Во второй главе подробно рассмотрены теоретические основы понятия рентабельность, его сущность и методы оценки. Третья глава посвящена разработке предложений по выбору алгоритма оптимизации производства и налоговой политики ОАО «Выборгский Завод Строительных Материалов». Итогом третьей главы стал прогноз развития предприятия с учётом принятых мер по увеличения рентабельности.

The first part of the graduation paper considers the general data about the enterprise. The analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise is carried out. The assessment of financial stability of the enterprise is given. The assessment of profitability indicators is considered. It is found out that this enterprise has an opportunity for optimization of expenses on several activities for the improvement of profitability indicators and increase of overall effectiveness of the company's work in the conditions of a world economic crisis. The second chapter of the diploma project covers in detail theoretical basis of profitability concept, its essence and methods of its assessment. The third chapter is devoted to the development of offers for choosing a proper algorithm of production optimization and a tax policy of Vyborg Plant of Constructional Materials, JSC. The forecast of development of the enterprise taking into consideration the taken measures for increasing its profitability became a result of chapter 3.
