В первой главе дана характеристика деятельности ООО «Петербургтеплоэнерго». Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Дана оценка финансового состояния ООО «Петербургтеплоэнерго». Сделан вывод, что для дальнейшего улучшения состояния предприятия необходимо выяснить факторы, влияющие на формирование прибыли и разработать мероприятия по повышению уровня рентабельности продаж на предприятии. Во второй главе подробно рассмотрены теоретические основы управления прибылью на предприятии. Третья глава посвящена анализу факторов, влияющих на формирование прибыли на предприятии. Разработан алгоритм управления основными факторами, которые влияют на прибыль предприятия. Итогом третьей главы стала оценка экономической эффективности предложенных мероприятий. Результаты, полученные в квалификационной работе дают основание сделать вывод о целесообразности предложенных мероприятий.

The result of the third chapter was to assess the cost-effectiveness of the proposed measures. The results obtained in the qualifying work give reason to conclude that the feasibility of the proposed activities.
