В первой главе проведен анализ деятельности ООО «НТЦ «Микротурбинные технологии». Дана характеристика деятельности организации, проведен анализ производственно-хозяйственной деятельности организации, и анализ системы мотивации персонала на предприятии. Во второй главе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты мотивации и стимулирования труда в организации, концепции мотивации и стимулирования трудовой деятельности, оценка эффективности систем мотивации и стимулирования трудовой деятельности в организации, и рассмотрено как происходит создание эффективной системы мотивации персонала в организации. В третьей главе разработано два мероприятия по совершенствованию системы мотивации персонала и проведен расчет экономической эффективности предложенных мероприятий.

In the first Chapter the analysis of the activities of JSC "STC "Microturbine technology". The characteristic of the activities of the organization, the analysis of production-economic activities of the organization, and analysis of personnel motivation system at the enterprise. The second Chapter describes the theoretical aspects of motivation and stimulation of labor in the organization, concepts of motivation and stimulation of labor activity, estimation of efficiency of systems of motivation and stimulation of labour activity in the organization, and considered how the creation of an effective system of staff motivation in organizations. In the third Chapter developed two measures to improve the motivation system of the personnel and calculation of economic efficiency of proposed activities.
