Целью бакалаврской работы является разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления на машиностроительном предприятии в рамках отдела материального контроля и логистики компании ЗАО «Форд Мотор Компани». Предметом исследования является деятельность компании, связанная с внутренней доставкой производственных деталей на конвейер. Задачи дипломного проекта: - исследовать теоретические аспекты системы управления; - проанализировать методы и критерии оценки системы управления в компании ЗАО «Форд Мотор Компани»; - разработать новую систему оценки эффективности на примере отдела материального контроля и логистики.
