В данной работе проработаны следующие задачи: подробное описание компании ПАО «Северсталь», сферы её деятельности, продукции, штате работников, трудовой деятельности и корпоративной среде. Разработаны факторы улучшения производительности труда, при меньших затратах организации, с обоснованием их экономической целесообразности. Также обоснован и растолкован вариант сокращения одной из специальностей в компании, взамен которого предложено внедрение популярных в Европе мероприятий «team-building» (с англ. "построение команды"), что несомненно принесёт пользу в коллектив и положительно отразится на достижении целей предприятия. Выявлена возможность повышения качества труда за счёт новой системы оценки и поощрения проделанной работы сотрудниками организации.

In this work, we explored the following objectives:-detailed description of the company PAO "Severstal", the scope of its activities, products, staff, work and corporate environment. Developed factors improve productivity, lower expenditures, with substantiation of their economic appropriateness. Also justified and explained the option of reducing one of the specialties in the company, and in return proposed the introduction of popular in Europe events team-building that will surely benefit the team and have a positive impact on the achievement of the objectives of the enterprise. The possibility of improving the quality of labor through a new system of evaluation and promotion of the work done by the employees of the organization.
