Данная работа представляет собой анализ процедуры банкротства предприятия, как финансовое оздоровление деятельности на конкретном предприятии. Объектом исследования в дипломной работе является ООО «Минитэкс Строй». Цель работы - исследование методов оздоровления финансового состояния коммерческой организации в ходе процедуры банкротства. Теоретические основы рассмотрены с точки зрения развития современных экономических условий прогнозирования банкротства. Проанализированы и рассмотрены существующие методы и подходы к проведению финансового анализа коммерческой организации и освещены пути финансового оздоровления предприятия. В аналитическом разделе представлен анализ финансового состояния коммерческой организации и изучены причины несостоятельности организации. В расчетной части работы проведен финансовый анализ предприятия и разработан комплекс мероприятий по формированию и реализации конкурсной массы, для оценки экономического эффекта.

This work presents an analysis of the procedures of bankruptcy, as financial improvement activities at the plant. The object of the study in thesis work is the company "miniteks System." Purpose - research of methods of improvement of financial condition of the commercial organization in the bankruptcy proceedings. Theoretical bases are considered from the point of view of modern economic conditions forecasting bankruptcy. Analyzed and reviewed existing methods and approaches to conducting financial analysis of commercial organizations and lighted pathway to recovery. The analytical section presents an analysis of the financial condition of commercial organizations and studied the causes of the insolvency of the organization. In the calculation section presents the financial analysis of a company and developed a complex of measures on formation and implementation of the estate to assess the economic effect.
