В работе рассмотрены теоретические и методологические подходы к понятию геоэкономическое пространство и его оценке. Разработана методика оценки освоения Арктического пространства при помощи определения интегрального индекса и построена модель геоэкономического развития США на основе институционально-функционального подхода. Проведены количественные расчеты на основе предложенных методик, на основании которых сделаны выводы об освоенности Арктических территорий США.

In the paper, the theoretical and methodological approaches to the concept of geo-economic space are studied. The method of determining the integral index is used for evaluating the development of the Arctic space. A model of the US geo-economic development through institutional and functional approach was built. Quantitative calculations based on the proposed methods gave the opportunity tomake conclusions about the development of the Arctic territories by the United States.
