В данной работе будет разработана концепция инновационной инфраструктуры РФ путем выполнения поставленных задач, а именно обоснования и представления факторов развития Арктической зоны Российской Федерации. В ходе данной работы будет исследована инновационная структура России, а также развитых стран на примере Финляндии, Норвегии, Дании, Канады и США, затем произведено сравнение. В заключении будет выполнен прогноз развития регионов России, учитывая их специфику.

In this work the concept of the Russian innovation infrastructure will be developed. The factors of the development of the Russian Arctic regions will be studied properly. The innovative structures of Russia, as well as other developed countries such as: Finland, Norway, Denmark, Canada and the United States will be compared. At the end of the thesis there will be the forecast of development of Russian regions.
