Целью дипломного проекта является оптимизация организационной структуры предприятия на примере АО "ЛОЭСК". В исследовании рассмотрены теоретические аспекты организационных структур. Обозначены проблемы, потребовавшие глубокой реорганизации компании. Описан алгоритм решения поставленных проблем путем оптимизации организационной структуры компании. Перечислены мероприятия, направленные на оптимизацию организационной структуры, состоящие из двух этапов: первый - создание типовой организационной структуры для филиалов; второй этап заключается в сокращении числа филиалов компании путем их укрупнения. Представлена таблица прямого экономического эффекта реализации мероприятий по оптимизации организационной структуры, выполнено сравнение коэффициентов эффективности организационной структуры до и после оптимизации.

Presented a table of the direct economic effect of the implementation of measures to optimize the organizational structure, a comparison coefficient of efficiency of the organizational structure before and after optimization.
