В работе анализируются финансовое состояние предприятия, его финансовая устойчивость и элементы системы управления дебиторской задолженностью. Предложены направления по совершенствованию управления дебиторской задолженностью предприятия и проведена оценка эффективности мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления дебиторской задолженности.

This paper analyzes the financial condition of the company, its financial stability and elements of the system of control of accounts receivable. The proposed directions for improving the management of accounts receivable of the company and assessed the effectiveness of measures to improve the management system of accounts receivable.
