Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является повышение эффективности работы персонала предприятия на основе разработки соответствующих мероприятий. Предметом исследования является деятельность персонала предприятия. В соответствии с указанной целью были решены следующие задачи исследования: 1. Рассмотреть теоретические основы эффективной организации труда персонала; 2. Проанализировать организацию труда персонала рассматриваемого предприятия; 3. Оценить эффективность организации труда персонала; 4. Разработать мероприятия, которые позволят повысить эффективность работы персонала.
The objective of this work is to improve the efficiency of the personnel of the enterprise through the development of relevant activities. The subject of study is the work of the personnel of the enterprise. In line with this objective, we solved the following research objectives: 1.To consider the theoretical basis for the effective organization of the personnel; 2.To analyze the organization of work of personnel under consideration of the enterprise; 3.To evaluate the effectiveness of the organization of the personnel; 4.To develop actions that will improve the efficiency of the staff.
