In the given work heat and moisture processes in an enclosing structures and the influence of capillary condensation on building envelope are studied. The methodology of thermotechnical calculations taking into account capillary condensation is developed. The diagram of the dependence of the relative humidity of air on the pore radius of different materials has been created. The comparative table of the parameters of thermotechnical calculation carried out by the current regulation and the new methodology taking into account the capillary effect is stated.

В данной работе исследованы тепловлажностные процессы в ограждающих конструкциях, изучено влияние капиллярной конденсации на стеновые конструкции зданий. Разработана методика теплотехнического расчета, учитывающая капиллярную конденсацию. Создан график зависимости относительной влажности воздуха от радиуса пор разных материалов. Составлена сравнительная таблица параметров теплотехнического расчета, рассчитанных по действующим нормативным документам и по новой методике, учитывающей капиллярный эффект.
