Annotation
A supply chain is a serious of organizations directly linked by from up to down flows of products, services, finances, or information from a source to a customer. The Supply-Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) provides a standard description of supply chain processes, performance metrics, best practice and enabling technologies.To improve supply chain operations, a comprehensive methodology is offered. The Supply-Chain Council(SCC) created, designed, and is regularly developing it. As the quasi–industry standard for supply chain management, it has become a common tool. The project begins with the introduction of supply chain management and up-to-date SCOR model version 12 from APICS. Through presentation the current development of optoelectronics industry in China and the practical logistics situation from China to Russia, the necessity and urgency of improvement delivery performance in foreign trade was stressed. To classify SCOR delivery process, practices and metrics for this field, individual interview and closed structural questionnaire was designed and sent to experts in optoelectronics enterprises. The adaptation of SCOR model in an high-growth industry in foreign trade was present by combination with theoretical analysis and company-level research.
Цепочка поставок - это цепочка информации, которая напрямую связана с продуктом от клиента. Справочник по цепочке поставок (SCOR) представляет собой стандартное описание процессов цепочки поставок, показателей эффективности, передовых методов и технологий, позволяющих улучшить работу цепочки поставок. Предлагается комплексная методология. Совет по цепочке поставок (SCC) был создан, спроектирован и регулярно разрабатывается. Как квазииндустриальный стандарт управления цепочками поставок, он стал обычным инструментом. Проект начинается с управления цепочками поставок и современной модели SCOR от APICS. Благодаря презентации текущего развития оптоэлектронной промышленности в Китае и практической логистической ситуации из Китая в Россию. Чтобы классифицировать процесс доставки, методы и показатели SCOR для этой области, был разработан и отправлен на оптоэлектронные предприятия закрытый структурный вопросник. Адаптация модели SCOR в высокопроизводительной промышленности сочеталась с теоретическим анализом и исследованиями на уровне компаний.
