National cryptocurrencies are a phenomenon that is associated with many problems due to the existing practice of regulating cryptocurrency in the world. The object of this study is the Venezuelan national cryptocurrency El Petro, for which ICO is currently being conducted. The purpose of the work is to identify the potential for the development of the Venezuelan national cryptocurrency, as well as the creation of a list of recommendations for the launch of national cryptocurrencies in other countries. As a result of the work, conclusions were drawn regarding the probability of success of the launch of El Petro. In the process of creating the national crypto currency, various recommendations were developed.

Национальные криптовалюты являются феноменом, с которым связано очень много проблем из-за существующей практики регулирования криптовалют в мире. Объектом данного исследования является Венесуэльская национальная криптовалюта ElPetro, для которой в настоящее время проводится ICO. Целью работы является выявление потенциала развития венесуэльской национальной криптовалюты, а также создание списка рекомендации по созданию национальной криптовалюты для других стран. В результате работы были сделаны выводы по вероятности успеха запуска ElPetro. По процессу создания национальной криптовалюты были разработыны разносторонние рекомендации.
