The purpose of the master's thesis is to review the concept of digi-tal transformation, its constituent parts and applicability in the Russian market, as well as to construct the IT architecture of the enterprise that would be able to support the implementation of digital scenarios and the digital transformation of business. In the first chapter of this paper the definition of the digital trans-formation was formed and its categories were reviewed. In addition, an analysis of the survey was conducted to determine which place does the digital transformation has in the Russian market at the moment. In the second chapter of the work, the first, second and third gener-ation ERP systems (ERP, ERP II, ERP III) were reviewed and analyzed as well. In addition, the necessity of moving from the traditional IT landscape of the enterprise to a hybrid ecosystem for implementing the concept of digital business transformation was elaborated. Moreover, an overview of the role of hybrid integration in the modern IT landscape of the enterprise was conducted and a reference architectural model of hybrid integration was developed. In the third chapter of the paper, the review of innovative services and emerging technologies was conducted as a key component for the im-plementation of innovation scenarios, as well as the possible ways of applying the digital transformation concept by example of IoT scenarios in the transportation and freight transportation industry were described. In addition, a top-level IT architecture was developed that would be able to support the implementation of the reviewed digital scenarios. Companies from different industries that are at the different stages of business digitalization can use the results of this paper to develop or ad-just their IT strategy in order to leverage the process of digital transforma-tion.

Цель магистерской диссертации заключатся в рассмотрении концепции цифровой трансформации, её составляющих частей и применимости на российском рынке, а также построении архитектурной модели ИТ-ландшафта предприятия, способной поддерживать выполнение цифровых сценариев и цифровую трансформацию бизнеса. В первой главе данной работы было сформировано определения цифровой трансформации и были рассмотрены её категории. Кроме того, было проведён анализ исследования, направленного на то, чтобы определить какое место цифровая трансформация занимает на российском рынке на данный момент. Во второй главе работы произведён обзор и анализ ERP-систем первого, второго и третьего поколения (ERP, ERP II, ERP III). Кроме того, была обоснована необходимость перехода от традиционной ИТ-архитектуры предприятия к гибридной экосистеме для реализации концепции цифровой трансформации бизнеса, а также произведён обзор роли гибридной интеграции в современной ИТ-архитектуре предприятия и построена референсная архитектурная модель гибридной интеграции. В третьей главе работы был произведён обзор инновационных облачных сервисов как ключевых компонент для реализации инновационных сценариев, а также были описаны возможные способы применения концепции цифровой трансформации на примере IT сценариев в отрасли транспортировки и грузоперевозок. Кроме того, была разработана ИТ-архитектура, способная поддерживать выполнение рассмотренных цифровых сценариев. Компании из различных отраслей, находящиеся на разных этапах цифровизации бизнеса, могут использовать результаты данной работы, чтобы разработать или скорректировать свою ИТ-стратегию с целью извлечения максимум выгоды из процесса цифровой трансформации.
