Объектом исследования в работе являются высокие технологии как конечный продукт инновационного производства и ресурс (технико-технологическая база) народного хозяйства. В качестве предмета исследования выступают организационно-экономические отношения, возникающие в рамках управления и регулирования модернизацией экономики на основе развития высоких технологий. Целью выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы является обоснование роли высоких технологий в модернизации экономики. При выполнении выпускной квалификационной работы получены основные результаты: охарактеризована организационно-экономическая сущность высоких технологий как конечного продукта инновационного производства и ресурса (технико-технологической базы) народного хозяйства; проанализированы тенденции, перспективы и проблемы развития мирового и национального рынка высоких технологий; охарактеризованы менеджеральный и экономический подходы к управлению модернизацией экономики на основе развития высоких технологий; обоснована взаимосвязь уровня развития высоких технологий и параметров инновационной модели экономики на примере России.

The object of research in the work is high technology as the final product of innovative production and resource (technical and technological base) of the national economy. The subject of the research is the organizational and economic relations arising in the framework of management and regulation of modernization of the economy on the basis of the development of high technologies. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to justify the role of high technology in the modernization of the economy. When performing the final qualifying work, the main results are obtained: the organizational and economic essence of high technologies as a final product of innovative production and resource (technical and technological base) of the national economy is characterized; tendencies, prospects and problems of development of the world and national market of high technologies are analyzed; management and economic approaches to management of modernization of economy on the basis of development of high technologies are characterized; the relationship between the level of development of high technologies and the parameters of the innovative model of the economy on the example of Russia.
